This restaurant showed great customer service - probably the best we’ve experienced in Thailand. We ordered two sandwiches, delivered. Although delicious we thought they were a bit salty for our taste. We called to ask about this and they said the sandwiches we ordered normally taste like that. We didn’t know. They decided to send two other sandwiches (at no charge). Not only were those sandwiches delicious, they also included a dessert, and a hand written apology. Wow! 5 stars all they way. Not sure if I should call it a sandwich, but the bread they use is thin, crispy focaccia and served warm. There are several fillings to choose from, but today I went with the Bolognese and the Brisket. The sandwich was huge — I didn’t think I could finish it, but after the first bite, I have to say it was so delicious. The focaccia was thin and crisp, the brisket was juicy and tender, and the mushroom flavor added a nice depth to the taste. The Bolognese was just as good — and yes, I ended up finishing everything! The food quality here is excellent and the prices are reasonable. There are still so many dishes I’d love to try, so I’ll definitely come back. It’s quieter on weekdays, but it gets really busy on weekends. The owner is very friendly and emphasizes that they only use high-quality ingredients. They also mentioned that two more branches will be opening soon — one in Asoke and another in Thonglor. Definitely worth checking out! ~ Goi S

A simple place to enjoy a high quality lunch. "Fabio", the boss, is very approachable and passionate about the ingredients used for his wonderful focacce. I've always been a foodie and, being half Italian, I do get pretty fussy when it comes to "taste and quality". The "porchetta focaccia" I enjoyed today was absolutely delicious and reminiscent of those traditional Italian flavours I enjoyed as a kid brought up in Rome. I'd highly recommend this place for an informal meal and wish Fabio and his team all the best. Complimenti! :) ~ Luca E

Arguably the best and most authentic focaccia in Bangkok. The mortadella pistachio with stracciatella took me straight back to Florence—smaller in size and lighter on the cheese, but spot on in flavor. The brisket with onion cream wasn’t traditional, but it worked beautifully: tender smoked brisket with mushroom and onion cream on crispy focaccia was a combo I didn’t know I needed. Prices are on the higher side (~400 THB per sandwich, same as Italy but smaller portions), but for authentic Italian focaccia, this place is unbeatable. A must-try ~ Kevin P

The sandwich was surprisingly delicious. The bread was crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy inside, and you could tell it was freshly baked. The filling was very well balanced — the ham, cheese, and creamy sauce worked really well together, giving it a rich but not overwhelming flavor. Overall, the food quality was great and definitely worth trying. The only downside is that the seating area isn’t very comfortable, so it might not be the best place if you want to sit for a long time. ~ Millmill

I absolutely love this corner spot! The focaccia sandwiches are amazing — seriously next level. Everything tastes homemade and full of heart, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. My personal favorite is the Siciliana — you’ve got to try it! Plus, the vibe is super cozy — the owners, a warm and welcoming Italian family, make you feel right at home. I came across this focacciera when I went to work at theCOMMONS, and it looked so good I couldn’t resist trying it. Their ingredients are of very high quality, straight from Italy, and you can really taste the difference. Their focaccia... left me speechless—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, absolutely perfect! On top of that, their service was super quick, and they brought the focaccia right away. Where do I even start? From the first bite of my parma focaccia, Fabio's 72 hour fermented focaccia was just the perfect amount of crispy and saltiness, then you're greeted by perfect cheese and parma with flavorful pesto and fresh tomatoes. Bolognese was also delicious 😋 ham and pistachios were a perfect combination 🤤 Hands down best sandwich I've had in Bangkok. Definitely recommend and will come back again! Bravooo 👌👏 ~ Andy L

Excellent focaccia bread sandwiches; as a New Yorker i had a craven for Italian after several weeks in Bangkok; the previous two Italian Restaurants i visited were unfortunately mediocre but luckily I found this place; very authentic and delicious. There is also a wine shop on the main level so a perfect Italian meal can be had with focaccia sandwiches and a bottle of wine. There are public tables all over the commons. ~ Ken E
